“The Throne of Seal Episode 58: Demons Threaten Humanity’s Survival.
In the 58th episode of “Throne of Seal,” also known as “Shen Yin Wangzuo,” thousands of years of war initiated by demons have resulted in the deaths of countless people. The demons persistently impede human progress through continuous warfare and resource plundering. Humanity’s struggle against these annual spring and autumn attacks has taken its toll, leaving them weary and in need of assistance.
Desperate for help, a wounded individual seeks medical aid, but the demonic energy in their injuries proves difficult to dispel. The solution lies in acquiring the rare Exorcist Grass, which can neutralize the demonic influence. However, this valuable resource only grows deep within the dark forest, and individuals with a light attribute above level 5 can withstand its aura.
Understaffed and with no successful returnees, urgent missions are issued to find the Exorcist Grass, with only individuals possessing a light attribute level 5 or higher, such as Han Yu and the protagonist, qualifying for the task. With the aid of Han Yu’s demonic beast, the Black Wind Serpent, they navigate the treacherous darkness, ultimately finding an abundance of Exorcist Grasses.
Their success brings relief to the Demon Hunt limit, and they return to the border with the Exorcist Grass, ready to save lives. The episode concludes with the team receiving Contribution Points, acknowledging their pivotal role in securing the Exorcist Grass and their commitment to defending humanity against the demon threat.
In the next episodes, the team splits into two groups to investigate the demon race’s food supply lines and their potential plans, as suspicions arise regarding an impending larger-scale attack. The tension builds as the demonic power of Seir, the 70th Demon God Pillar, looms in the background, showcasing the challenges that lie ahead for our protagonists.
